The CEIA is testing, proving, and scaling clean energy solutions to transform key emerging markets including Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, and Colombia.

The CEIA is jointly led by Allotrope Partners, World Resources Institute (WRI), and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) with support from the U.S. and German governments, P4G, and other partners.
